I'm based in Northside Brisbane and do my best to cater to specific days and times you'd need to train on. Sessions can range from 30, 45 or 60 minutes long. each session comes with a tailored program for you to complete on your own, helping teach you how to train and reach your goals faster!
I offer Online Coaching for all Health and Fitness goals, Beginner to Advanced. Through an app called Training Peaks, I can help you train in the gym all by yourself!
I tailor your weekly programs based on your goals and experience and include a weekly coaching call to make sure we are making progress the best way for you.
Similar to online coaching, this is for athletes who race trikes and want to get faster!
